We are determined to protect your health and our environment from the COVID-19 virus. We have taken many cautionary measures to ensure our restaurants remain free of harmful elements.

Staff temperatures are taken via thermal forehead scanner upon arrival.

We have sanitizing stations at every entrance and request that guests sanitize their hands upon arrival.

We have removed seats to add space between tables.

Tables and chairs are sanitized following each seating, as are menus

Dinnerware and flatware are transferred only by gloved staff

Flatware and napkins are sanitized and sealed in plastic sleeves before placement on tables.

Bar, kitchen and prep staff are required to wear sanitary gloves and to discard them following each task.

Dining room and customer service staff are required to wash their hands hourly, adhering to CDC standards.

All work surfaces, counters and bar tops are sanitized hourly, adhering to CDC standards.

We have paused our customary practice of using paperback novels in which to present our guest checks.

We have mandated that any employee who feels ill or who has been in contact with anyone who is, not return to work until they have been cleared by a physician, in writing. We will do our best to accommodate any staff member who is faced with mandatory time-off.
